I have a opportunity for a Sourcing Professional at a Telecommunications pioneer
Minimum 3 Month Sourcing Contract for Talented Bilingual Spanish Sourcer/Recruiter
Location: Frisco, Texas
The ideal candidate is not necessarily an experienced Recruiter, but an experienced Recruiting Coordinator or Junior Recruiter who is ready for the next step
To oversee the entire recruitment process and ensure the company policies are followed
This includes but is not limited to:
*Coordination of telephone screens and interviews and background checks
*Train managers on company policies and procedures relating to the employment process
*Follow up to ensure compliance
*Quarterly sourcing plan based on hiring priorities and profiles
*Competitive intelligence research
*Other duties as requested or required
Minimum Required Skills / Competencies: Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
*Demonstrate ability to work in a fast- paced, high- pressure environment with outstanding results
*Must have strong problem solving skills
*Must have excellent communication and people skills
*Education, Certification, and/or Training in recruitment
*1-2 years of successful direct recruiting experience required; preferably in the same functional area as they will be supporting.
*Experience with on-line and Internet recruiting.
*Some experience with a multi-location employer is highly desirable.
