Our core team has been together 12yrs+, and our Founders come from EY, Keane... We have LONG-STANDING, direct relationships with our hiring managers and clients.  We have been asked by our long-time, direct, industry-leading client near the Irvine Spectrum to identify 3 strong Corporate Recruiters to join their team on a long-term basis (Contract or Contract-to-Hire).  This is a stellar opportunity to join a high-tech company at the forefront of their space!

• 1 Business Intelligence / Finance Recruiter

• 2 IT Recruiters (from brand-name tech companies like Facebook, Amazon, Netflix, Google, etc.)

 

Successful candidates will offer:

• Proven ability to succeed in fast-paced, dynamic corporate environment (interfacing with hiring manager to gather requirement, present / screen candidates, coordinate interview / hiring process

• 5yrs+ strong technical (or Finance / BI) recruiting / sourcing background

• For IT – experience recruiting for Web Dev, QA, Architects, PM’s, Analysts

• Proven ability to source without standard job board tools – using Boolean searches to pull talent from developer blogs, social media boards, etc. (not interested in someone who says that hitting job boards or LinkedIn are their go-to means of identifying talent)

• Proven success in carrying load of 25+ reqs

• AIRS Certification desired (will be given a treasure hunt test to find resumes in databases across the web using Boolean searches)

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Enthusiastic personality with strong interpersonal skills
