Two Contract Sourcer Jobs - one in NJ, one in MA (same clients) - no remotes and only 1 month - decent rates

Not sure if anyone is using this group right now? But I figured I'd put this out there:

 

Two one (1) month contract sourcing roles just opened up with one of our clients (an NJ based Med Device & Diagnostics Screening firm - I'm not allowed to 'advertise' with their name but am happy to disclose to the interested).

 

Identical descriptions - one seats in northern NJ (just outside NY metro), one seats in northeastish Mass (about 15-20 mi South/Southeast of Lowell, off 3A). NO remotes.

 

Rates are $45-$65. 8-5, M-F. Pay for hours worked. Heavy technical (IT and life sciences). High volume environment, preferably seeking prior users of Taleo who have an AIRS cert (which disqualifies me, actually). Req says they need a BA/BS but I don't know for sure.

 

Qualifications:
BA/BS in related field. 6-8 years high volume recruitment experience, ideally in a technical, scientific environment. A background in both Corporate and Executive Search or contingency search firms a plus. Experience recruiting within the medical device, life sciences, bio-tech, pharma, or related industries and/or recruiting for Research and Development Engineers and Scientists a plus.Utilization of Applicant Tracking Systems required; Taleo preferred. Proficiency with Excel, Word, Lotus Notes experience preferred AIRS certification preferred

The Talent Acquisition Partner - Sourcing Specialist is accountable for the development and execution of sourcing strategies and tactics to ensure the timely and cost effective identification and selection of high quality talent required to achieve their client’s business needs. Duties include: Creating and utilizing innovative and aggressive recruitment methods that are designed to deliver an exceptional and diverse pool of candidates to Hiring Managers in an effective and efficient manner. Utilizing knowledge of the medical device and related industries to creatively network to build, manage, and maintain a pipeline of highly qualified, diverse talented prospects.
