If needed, just change the locations (but make sure you insert the location in your string the exact way it is indicated on profiles for the area), and any titles or keywords.

You can't use the same syntax for resumes as you would for LI profiles. For resumes - try using (inurl:resume OR intitle:resume) then your keywords/skills - you should put in area codes & state such as :
(inurl:resume OR intitle:resume) ~manager (grocery | publix) (305 OR 561) (fl OR florida) -job -jobs -submit -sample
