Would love to offer my experience to recruiters out there in need of a good Sourcer.

I work via Home Base working with recruiting firms in USA.  I do live abroad, making my fees very accesible.  I have a solid backgroung in Hispanic Advertising Industry, although I am open to any field since I do searches for other industries.
