Share 'Boolean for Operating Room RN'

I boolean for nurses and I'm curious if anyone out there has anything for an Operating Room Nurse, Staff and Director level.  The reason I'm asking is because the OR for Operating Room gets confused for the "or" boolean logic. Thought someone out there might like the challenge on this one. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated. Debra
