To answer your question, they are really two diff positions. You will get too many if you combine "recruiting coordinator" and sourcer in one string.

Just insert "recruiting coordinator" (include quotes) and the location into the Careerbuilder search box or use the drop down menu for location. To identify heavy phone usage, you would be better to look at each resume or narrow down your results & when you speack w/them you can see if they have heavy phone expr. Sometimes coordinators set up intv's, etc vs phone. Sourcers should have heavy phone expr, but may not do recruiting coordination functions. If you want to you can use the word sourcer in another string.

Also, here's a string you can insert in GOOGLE for LinkedIN profiles:

site:www.linkedin.com "current * recruiting coordinator" (inurl:pub | inurl:in) -intitle:directory

You will need to add location ex: "greater new york city area"
