you can add groups of any technology or skills to this.

I like to search by file type to take slices of the bigger onion. remember Google only allows you to search 999 results of a search.

I contracted for Google a while back as a sourcer and bought a book called "Google Hacks". It is full of tips and tricks for manipulating the search engine to get the results that you want. If you have questions about sourcing techniques post them on my wall and I will answer when I can. I loved sourcing, but after teaching my team the sourcing techniques I know the promoted me to program manager and now I dont get to source anymore.
