I am a career HR and recruiting professional based in the Silicon Valley of California (USA). I do freelance recruiting and sourcing, as well as manage a local, community-based employment center. I am seeking a full-time position providing full cycle recruiting for a successful and enterprising Silicon Valley-based firm or business.

Until recently, I was managing sales for a job search portal that is rolling out a SAAS (Software-As-A-Service) offering to HR departments to help companies manage their Employee Referrals process. The company is not actively sourcing for employees right now, but anticipates growing once they make it through their first VC funding cycle.
