Help with first real Boolean string!

I am looking to put together a resume search using a boolean string through google. I am looking to find resumes for candidates with the following characteristics:

Located within 50 miles of 44202 area code (Cleveland, Akron, Canton, Warrensville, Youngstown, and a bunch of smaller towns in the area)

1-4 years of experience in the work world.

Bachelor of Arts degree minimum with a good GPA (would like to be able to insert a list of colleges that they went to along with majors)

Unique characteristics such as: Eagle scout, valedictorian, achieved athlete, national merit finalist, ect.

Basically- braodly skilled, resourceful, talented people who are curious and looking to be challenged.

Thanks, and sample strings with places to insert colleges, majors, years of experience, ect. would be great!!!!!! And would help my learning on boolean strings immensely.

I have not been able to filter out those with tons of experience. If there would be a way to get resumes from younger candidates that graduated from college in 2000 or beyond that would be really helpful.
