Search Engine Optimization Developer

Hi All,

I'm trying to find a SEO Developer in the Los Angeles area and am stuck.  Does anyone have any suggestions of places to look other than the normal stuff. 
I've done Boolean Searches, Dice & LinkedIn. 

Any help is greatly appreciated.

It's not really clear what you are looking for, unfortunately. Could you clarify what this person would do / skills they must have? An example of what searches you have done would be helpful.
