An interactive, hands-on workshop demonstrating how to use ChatGPT for recruiting and sourcing scenarios.

NOTE: Attendance is limited to the first 10 registrants. We will announce more sessions in the near future.

Our inaugural ChatGPT for Recruitment Workshop will meet for one hour (8 AM to 9 AM Pacific time) on Tuesday, April 23.

This course is suitable as a standalone learning experience or a follow-up for past attendees of ChatGPT and AI for Sourcing and Recruitment.

ChatGPT has much to offer as a work companion for recruiters, but getting the most out of this powerful new tool requires practice.

This workshop is here to help you do just that with guided examples and interactive demos.

For example, many recruiters have tried using ChatGPT to polish job descriptions or craft engaging outreach messages. However, the AI's initial response to such requests may need improvement. It may write a wordy email to a potential candidate starting with "I hope you are doing well." (Who would read beyond that?) Fortunately, there are reliable techniques for dramatically improving your AI-assisted writing. ChatGPT's research capabilities can go beyond those of search engines alone. but require extra care and expertise, which we can also help with.

Bring your recruitment AI challenges to the workshop for real-time troubleshooting and suggestions for improvement. We will demonstrate how to achieve the desired outcome, or provide alternative suggestions.
