Recruitment is a vast space - end to end recruitment is an old story. Very few companies, majorly small organizations have recruiters who themselves source, co-ordinate, offer and do conversion. But somehow I have felt some apprehensions in recruitment professionals around sourcing, which is the first step in recruitment once you have the JD.

 

Do you prefer Sourcing which is an integral part of recruitment?
