Need San Diego SHRM Members or those with SPHR or PHR certification

Good Morning Boolean Strings Network:

 

I have an immediate need to tap into San Diego SHRM Members or those residing in San Diego with a SPHR or PHR certification.  Must come from a BIOTECH company.  Any ideas?

I'd love some string ideas and hopefully I can pay you back one day. I'm at a brick wall an thought this would be easy.

 

Must haves: Human Resources Experince in a Biotech

Prefer: Manager, but not required, could be someone ready to step up to the Manger role, with SPHR or PHR certification
