Variations in what LinkedIn allows in different countries

Having attended a number of Irina's (excellent) webinars, I have been made aware of the many differences in LinkedIn functionality between the USA and South Africa. We seem to be limited in SA. One example is the fact that we are not given the option to sort by groups in Linkedin. This has not been a major problem because Irina has shown us how to x-ray the groups and get access to the members but the fact remains that the site does not work the same for users in different countries. Has anyone else noticed this. please share the problems you've encountered and how you've overcome these.
