Need help with a string...

I am looking for someone who has the following traits:
materials management system implementation experience
HL7 experience
Experience with perioperative (which could be peri-operative) workflow

I ran the following string based upon a prior post I saw:
"materials management" implement "hl7" perioperative interface (workflow OR "workflow") (ext:pdf | ext:doc | ext:rtf)(~resumé|~rèsumè|~résumé|~CV|~Vitae|~vitæ) -~jobs

It gave me back 23 results on Google. No resumes...a bunch of PDF's

Anything I should do different?

I believe you have to relax your requirements as I believe there is a small population of peoples with 'all' the requirements you seek:

I used the following in GOOGLE and got a number of pretty close LI profiles:

site:www.linkedin.com "materials management" hl7 -intitle:directory -inurl:updates -inurl:jobid -inurl:find -inurl:answers

Also, in your string, you need to indicate (inurl:resume OR intitle:resume) in order to get resumes returned in GOOGLE.
