How to find similiar resumes?

Hi All....

Let's say during my boolean searching I come across a resume of which I would like to see similiar results ....

How do I list out the boolean?  What can I add to my search string?

Here is a question for you: when you look at the resume, what words or phrases on it make you say: you, this is a good matching resume; I want more? As soon as you identify these words, they are the words to search for.
