Need a Search engine.

If anyone can help with a string or any advise that would be great...............I need someone with 3 years experience of Visual C++, Visual Basic, COM, Investment Banking, IR Derivatives at London.

Try the following string in Google - it brought back good results:

site:linkedin.com ("Visual C++" | "vc++") ("investment banking" | derivatives) "London United Kingdom" (inurl:pub | inurl:in) -intitle:directory

Feel free to modify/change any keywords or insert job titles-

Thank you so much manick, it's really given me good resumes but nobody is available. Can you let me know what are the parameters or strategy you are following in finding the rumes on google. Do you know any other methods to finding the resumes apart from job portals or linked or google etc.

Ashutosh,

I use lot of things as per the scenario or the situation. Mostly I use deep level x-ray Boolean search over the engines like Google. You can ask for any keys for your any reqs.
