Sourcing on Doostang

Depending on your industry, Doostang (http://doostang.com/) may be a useful social network to check out. They ended up having almost 50% of their members in Finances and Investments; the next biggest population is from Management Consulting. They have other industries represented as well.
Yesterday I got a message that they offer free job positions again.
A good thing for sourcers: they have Groups where you can review the lists of members if you join. Some groups are open to anyone. There are groups that have members from certain companies. As an example, there's an Accenture group - and it's open to anyone.
(Use Broadlook Contact Capture on a list of members and you get a populated excel table with names and companies.)

They used to allow users to post their resumes--I haven't been seeing these in people's profiles recently. Does anyone know if they're planning on making these available again?

Their search feature kind of stinks...it has trouble with boolean operators. This didn't used to be much of a problem but now they've limited free accounts to ten searches per month.

Any search function accepts its own syntax... but it's true that they severely limit the number of searches. I think posting jobs and browsing groups is promising though.
They seem to be going through figuring out what they want to be doing in the future at the moment. They may be open to feedback.
