The People Sourcing Certification Program provides everything one needs to know to source for professional backgrounds online. It comes with extensive practice; teaches concepts and ideas along with samples and hands-on tips; and the Certification that reflects true skills, that you will be proud of. Every recruiter is encouraged to get certified at Level One.

In brief: the Certification has two levels:

CPSP-1 - Certified People Sourcing Professional Level 1
CPSP-2 - Certified People Sourcing Professional Level 2

The Level 1 is for all Recruiters, Sales, Business Development people, and for beginner Sourcers. The Level 2 is for all Sourcers and anybody who wants to take their People Sourcing skills to the next level.

The Certification Package includes: a full day of training, materials and video-recordings; several interactive Q&A sessions; homework assignments; one month of support; and two attempts to take a test.

The outline for the training day is as follows.
Search Engines: Syntax, operators, options; people search engines.(90 min) 
Social Networks: LinkedIn (in-depth); Facebook; Twitter; Google-Plus. (90 min)
Productivity Tools. (Parsing, Filtering, Browser Extensions, Verification); Use Cases (Sourcing Scenarios) (90 min)
