How can I find Java Developers that are US Citizens

I need to figure out how to source for Java developers that are US citizens. I know there are millions of Java developers on the Internet, but I need to figure out how to narrow down the search to US Citizens.

I'm a junior Java developer and U.S. Citizen in Atlanta, GA.
Brian,
I'm looking for someone with 4-5 yrs of java for a project in the Alexandria, VA area. Would you be interested?

Hi Tara,

If you are looking for java Developers and have access to job boards, you can use the filters provided to restrict your serach only to US Citizens and also the location as well.

If you are working on other search engines (Refer Yes, Google) or other networking-sites, you will have to first run the string and then filter them based on work autorization, location etc.

MG.
Hi, you could always include "Citizen" or exclude certain locations. I think it definitely can be difficult when an employer can't sponsor a visa but just be careful with searches like that. Most candidate search engines now keep a history for OFCCP compliance and no one wants to get sued!!
