Need help with Boolean Search String

Can anyone help me define a good search string? I am looking for a Director or VP of Operations for a consumer packaged goods food company. I need contacts that have consumer packaged goods and multiplant experience. I have exhausted Hoovers and Linkedin. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Here is a basic string to search for people in Operations;

(director OR vp OR "vice president") operations (inurl:bio OR inurl:executive OR inurl:executives OR inurl:management OR inurl:leadership) -jobs -job

And if you want to drill it down by industry you can try adding some of your keywords;

(director OR vp OR "vice president") operations (inurl:bio OR inurl:executive OR inurl:executives OR inurl:management OR inurl:leadership) ("packaged goods" OR multiplant) -jobs -job
