This is what I have so far:
McAfee AND ("product manager" OR "senior product manager" OR "technical product manager") “San Francisco Bay Area” AND NOT (job or opening)
I am getting back tons of job postings. I just want a Product Manager from McAffee in San Francisco Bay area.
I will be of course placing different Security Companies names such as Symantec, WebRoot etc.
Sorry for any recruiter out there that works for these companies, just doing my part for your job security.

To eliminate 'job postings', use -job -jobs -apply -submit.
IF you're looking for resumes, you should include inurl:resume OR intitle:resume if you're using Google.
For location, use area codes for the San Fran area along with (CA OR california).
From your location, it looks like you want LI profiles as "san francisco bay area" is the location on LI profiles for that area. To xray LI, try this string in Google:
site:linkedin.com "at McAfee" ("product manager" OR "senior product manager" OR "technical product manager") “location * San Francisco Bay Area” (inurl:in | inurl:pub) -dir
Good luck-
Gary
Hi Gary,
Can you please explain what inurl:in, inurl:pub and -dir means? My guess for -dir is to exclude directories.
Please reply.
Thanks a bunch! :)

The inurl:pub or inurl:in tells Google to bring back only LI profiles - no jobs, answers, etc - in other words just clean profiles & no noise in the results. If you look at the public profile URL on everyone's profile, it either has an 'in' or 'pub' in the web address (URL).
The -dir indicates to Google to not bring back directories in the results which adds more noise if they were there-

Thanks Gary :)
