Nuclear Communications Rep - How do I find that email address and save 10's of $1,000s?

So I have this great Xray string bringing down the perfect CVs but no email address, HELP!

Thanks for inviting me into this exciting site. I look forward to sharing with the group in the future. By the way, Monster limits you to 25,000 resumes a year, about 100 per day. Do you know the difference between a view and a download? I do not. Using crawlers one needs to be mindful not to overdue the contract limits.
