Looking for Engineering Guru.

Hello Everyone,

My client is looking for very senior engineering Guru with almost 25+ years of experience working with large defense companies like Raytheon,Northrop,Honeywell, etc.

The candidate must have:

- 25+ years experience in IT, encryption
- Info security
- Cyber security
- COMSEC
- Encryption, encryption key management
- Software Development
- Masters, PhD
_ Must have clearance but anyone we should be considering (i.e. very Sr. technical person in our industry) would have some clearance or they would not be a candidate.

Location is Tampa bay,FL.
