Hi All

Is it possible to do a partial word search in Boolean? ie. "account*" to bring up the words "accountant", "accounting", "accounts" etc

It doesnt seem to work for me with this string:

site:au.linkedin.com -pub.dir "Current * * account*" Industry * Retail" "Location * Adelaide area Australia"

Nor does this one (though I dont think Im doing it correctly):

site:au.linkedin.com -pub.dir "Current * * account OR accounts OR accountant OR accounting" Industry * Retail" "Location * Adelaide area Australia"

Any assistance on this would be greatly appreciated

David,

This behavior is not controlled by an operator on Google.

Google will normally seek 'similar' terms to any keywords which are not enclosed in quotes, however.
