Any Boolean search string suggestions?

I am looking for technical people with P&C, Biztalk, C# and XML with some Cobol and data mapping experience. Hoping to find people out of companies like Guidewire, Insurity or Chameleon- www.guidewire.com, www.insurity.com and www.chameleontechinc.com. I have been beating my self up and running into dead ends on google, linkedin and the like. Can anyone offer any suggestions?

I'm not sure if you will get "all" the requirements together in one person, so I relaxed the requirements by getting any of the skills you mentioned in any of the companies you are targeting. The Cobol and data mapping requirements I omitted as that would be difficult.

Going back to basics: Maybe find somebody who currently works at Guidewire, Insurity, or Chameleon, and find which company they worked for prior to that company.
