How feasible is Metasearch Engines for Boolean Searching

I still prefer the search engines like google,live,exalead and yahoo

Which is best metasearch engine which work on boolean search
Do we need different search technique

I think in theory they are suppose to work great but I have yet to come across a very effective metasearch engine where I can rely 100% to cover all the bases at one....

Does anyone else use it on very regular basis?
