I have and am using some of Irina's strategies from your webinar on sourcing w/o Linkedin- however have a challenge of finding employees (no names to source for) for a company with little visibility on LinkedIn for potential client.

How to find sales people in the Oil and Gas sector selling into HR and/or Health and Safety departments of companies?

If you have the name of the target company, review or X-Ray their website, get some names.
If a public or regulated company (in any country) search for required public filings. If a research company, look for patents assigned to the company, review the inventor names. Look at the WHOIS records for the company.
Once you have some names, search for those names - see where else they appear, see what other names turn up with them.
Some industries like energy, defense and financial or financial tech firms with a focus on commodities / shipping tend to be more private. If it's a small, private company with little online presence, that harder, too. But if you get one name, it can lead to more.
Sorry, didn't see your follow-up comment. Why would Oil and Gas be selling to HR / HSE generally? Do you mean people who sell into HR/HSE at oil / energy companies?

To your second question- point- correct. The client company is a healthcare leader providing outsourced services to major companies. The people we're seeking are within the oil and gas sector- familiar with the industry and network. Seeking senior sales exec. We've not had luck on LinkedIn as of yet nor my colleagues extensive O & G network- thus need some other strategy to locate these people.
