Shaikh,
i was also going to say try this:
http://www.yellowpages.co.in/search_result2.php?search_query=hotels...
passive search... hmmm interesting when it comes to sales in hospitality. it is difficult to find passive sales people in hospitality because 1) sales people tend to be findable, and 2) because the hospitality by nature wants to be found. so there's a pretty good chance (i'm guessing here) that almost all sales managers in hospitality in India will be found in more than one place, and if they don't have profiles on linkedin/spoke or if they're not listed in hospitality association directories/events, then the best thing to do would be call into the actual hotels (after listing) and find that way. in fact, recruiting for such people around 2000 - 2001 the best result i had was to really just make a list of the hotels/restaraunts and call in (sometimes as an "angry customer" lol) - but things have changed a bit with the advent of all the biz/social networks...
what would be interesting, is if you would while doing this just track how many people you find via calling into the hotels, are also online with a profile somewhere.
i did a quick search myself (curiosity, since I used to recruit in that space) for hospitality generally in India, and it generated a spreadsheet with around 850 hospitality leads there. i can send now, just let me know your email : )

Shaikh-
Here are various keywords you can use in any string for sales people:
quota ("top 10" | "top 100" | "top producer" | "president's club" | "revenue producer" | "account executive" | "sales rep*" | "sales consultant" | "business development" | "account development" | "sales executive" | "sales associate" | "account manager")
Gary, these are excellent thx. Do you know off-hand if the terms vary regionally?
