Good Morning,

Does anyone have any data with their company they can share regarding what type of metrics your TAS/Sourcing Teams are required to have on a monthly basis?

Ex:  Number of Leads/Contacts

Number of Interviews

Number of Hires.

Hi Leslie,

I would think that these metrics would greatly depend on which industry and seniority level your team would be recruiting for. For example, if you are recruiting for large volume general labourers, the numbers should be much higher compared to a CEO of a company.

I personally recruit within the Skilled Trades and Construction industries for highly sought after individuals. These types of individuals are not always computer savvy which makes my strategies and numbers very different. I once did freelance work for a friend for jobs within the I.T. industry and found it easy to find individuals online.

What type of recruitment is your team doing?

I'm in the same type of business construction of skilled trades the info would be helpful if you something already created
