Here is a sample string to get you started - please add or change key words - I wouldn't include Windows as most support folks already support windows.

In Google, copy:

site:www.linkedin.com "call center" ~support (Remedy | Avaya) blackberry "greater new york city area" (inurl:pub | inurl:in) -intitle:directory

Hope this gets you started- I got even more results when I took out 'blackberry'

Thanks Gary, I appreciate your help.. I noticed you were in IT recruiting for a good amount of time, I am looking for Lotus Notes exp 7.5 which I'm finding very difficult, I understand most of the banks used to use it but everyone is using outlook these days.. any suggestions on companies that still use current versions of Lotus Notes??

You can use the same string and insert just "lotus notes" or insert "lotus notes 7" (you will get less with the 7 of course) - use the quotes around it:

site:www.linkedin.com" "lotus notes" "greater new york city area" (inurl:pub | inurl:in) -intitle:directory

That will give you LI profiles of folks that use it and the companies they are with or consult at-

Or you can search Google for "lotus notes" and see what comes up-

I tried this & it gave me co's using lotus notes:

(inurl:company | intitle:company) "* use lotus notes"

Play around with it-

Do you need all these skills in one or looking for multiple people?
I am looking for all the skills in one.. the lotus notes 7.5 is what's killing me ! no one uses it anymore! Core skill set is Lotus Notes 7.5. Microsoft office 2007, Windows XP and remote capabilities such as blackberry
