what is Digital Sourcing, Active and Passive Sourcing? Please give me few examples with strings for this.

Can someone explain or brief me on Digital Sourcing and how is it applicable to internet key search to find resumes on web..

I'm nto sure what you mean by digital sourcing but active vs passive refers to the type of candidate. An active candidate is someone who is actively looking for a job (possibly posting on a job board, submitting resume, etc). A pssive candidate may be interested in new opportunities but is not "actively" on the market, posting, etc.
