I'm in need of a good string to find candidates for a Manufacturing Systems Manager with CMMS experience and goals of becoming a Plant Manager. The position is in the New England area, and here are some required skills:

--CMMS (or Computerized Maintenance Management System)
--high-speed manufacturing experience
--production, maintenance, and inventory eperience
--operations management experience, but NOT at the Plant Manager level, as my client feels those who have already been plant managers are over qualfied.
--large scale capital projects experience

Unfortunately, my client has changed their tune and placed me in a very challenging situation. While they have not said it directly to me, I am quite certain based on what has been indirecdtly implied in our meetings that my client would like to see more females included in my candidate pool. Any suggestions on how I might locate female CMMS candidates to balance out my hiring pool?
