I like the referyes.com Sourcer because it lets you do a few searches free.
I am turned off by http://www.getautosearch.com/ wanting to be paid before you can use it. Not that there is anything wrong with that, but it is not for me because I can't test drive it.
Candidates would be smart to see if their resume comes up on referyes.com source people
If your posted resume does not come up on Google resumes on referyes.com source people you should do the following three things:
1. Remove the excluded terms (submit, apply, free, sample, samples, eoe, job, jobs, ”resume service") from your website or online profile. These words are big no-nos to the referyes
2. Link to your resume from Linkedin, resumebucket, or another well ranked site.
3. Make sure to include your full address including zip code as well as the zip code and city name of any big name cities that you would be willing to commute to.
4. Put the word resume in your title and in your url. You can also include other great keywords in there also EX)Technician Resume at myexamplesite.com/technicianresume.html
Yes I used the free version for email IDs and we have recently purchased it at AGResearch. Certainily helps automate the process of looking and doing the trial and error but not 100% accurate (sometimes have found emails using Boolean online that ReferYes has not pulled up) but I know this in beta and Rami is always tweaking the tool so hope for more imporvements!
Another very good tool is eGrabber's Lead Researcher, slightly more $ than ReferYes but neither is really pricey.
As with all these tools & similar to AI (artificial intelligence), everyone is working towards perfection but we are not there yet. Cheers!
