The Internet Sourcing Community

Hey guys. Trying to find a needle in a haystack.

Looking for an MEMS Senior Packaging Engineer. Difficulty is they need to:
a) Know Mandarin & willing to live in south China 9 months of the year
b) Have Knowledge of the most recent cap design skills
c) Background in high volume manufacturing
(educatioin level is PHd and or MSEE with 10 plus years of highly relevant experience)

Yep....its a needle. Tried sourcing Linkedin but not having the success I was hoping for. Need to get more creative.

Any ideas or strings are highly welcomed.

Thanks....scott

~resume (filetype:pdf OR filetype:doc OR filetype:rtf OR filetype:htm OR filetype:html) mandarin packaging -jobs -apply -submit -required -wanted -write –sample
thanks Bret.

if I don't put in the MEMS then too many other things come up. Does give me a good start though.

Do to the fact that there are alot of ways of saying that you speak Chinese. Other sites like orkut may have more presence in south asia than linkedin. I don't know if they are worth recruiting from
Chad,

FYI - The NEAR command isn't recognized (doesn't work) in Google-

Wow,

I didn't realize that. I still like the idea of using the (Mandarin OR Chinese) just because I feel like someone could write it either way. For general resume searching for language knowledge(not just packaging engineers). On a resume the lanaguage that you use would usually be near the word Language or Fluent.

I don't know how much these guys match your opening, but this string brought back five resumes.

(intitle:resume | inurl:resume) packaging MEMS Engineer (Fluent | language*) (Mandarin | Chinese) -jobs -sample
