What is the best search string to find bios on Twitter?

I have been trying many combinations; however I am searching for the best search string to find specific bios.

Anyone have got any inputs?

I've had success using the following changing the keywords around:

In Google, try: site:twitter.com "bio * engineer" -careers

I've also had success using: http://tweepsearch.com/

You can also go to http://search.twitter.com and use something like this: sql near:Boston within:25mi

Gary posted some nice options. But there's never the "best" string (I think); it always helps to run through many strings and modify them to get better/more results.

- it gives the users some pretty advanced search capabilities, perhaps the best I've seen.

Also, Google now shows results from twitter in real time. To see that, select the "updates" option under "show options".

Thanks Irina. I already had options that Gary suggested but was trying to see if there's something better than this. I heard that AIRS Lab people are working on this too.

Tweepz is a good option - thanks for that. And yes - I totally agree that there is NEVER such thing called a BEST search string. It's perm and combination with creative variations which works BEST....
