You could also the tilde symbol ~ in your Google searches before the word:

Example: ~developer (Google produces all synonyms of the word so it will bring back programmer, etc)

It represents synonyms of a word-
Hey Guys thank you for these tips... i will use them to my best.....is there anything else????
Title Research is an application from Broadlook Technologies meant to assist you with creating those keywords or job titles and puts them into strings for you http://www.broadlook.com/products/titleresearch. It was free but unsure now, probably a reasonable price. If you have never used them before also at least take a look at Contact Capture $200 a year and if you have the budget Diver.

I know this is probably a given but http://www.thesaurus.com at least gets me thinking of more terms as well as http://www.onetcodeconnector.org/ The Occupational Net is meant for job descriptions but it has cross references to other titles and responsibilities that maybe you might not have thought of. Even wikipedia - I just plugged digital strategy in there http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digital_strategy gets my mind sort of flowing with different directions and terms. I also like O-Net and Wikipedia because they often list all of the associations, list servs or other places I might not have thought of to go look for candidates.

Not sure if this helps but good luck!
