What we need:

-        Internet Savvy – Finding resumes, names and contract information via Job boards, Boolean logic, Web 2.0 Social Networking,
Blogs and more

o      Training from Sourcecon or related programs a plus.

-        Data Mining/Analysis – Strong ability to mine and analyze recruiting data.

o      Strong understanding of the technology industry and jobs associated with it.

-        Multi-tasking

o      This is a time sensitive very fast paced job and you will be juggling many different tasks at the same time.

-        LOVE Research and take ownership of this area

o      This is an important part of our company and we need you to continue to grow this area. 
This includes adding new processes and methods of research and
technologies as needed.

-        Avid networker

-        Proven strong attention to detail

-        Exceptionally strong computer skills
