I had a question from a student on my workshop. "How do you specify the years of experience in a search? (e.g., java developers with 3 to 7 years experience)"

My suggestions were to use the Google numrange in various ways. As an example, you could search on Google for
"computer science * 2001..2003" java intitle:resume | inurl:resume

to try to catch their year of graduation (assuming that their major is CS).

Any other ideas?

Thanks,
Irina

i do the same thing for x-raying linkedin, it's not perfect but it can help narrow the field.

Agree w/you & Kameron with Google's numrange. It narrows it dosn-but I also like to look thru the results even w/o- you never know!
