Sourcing in Costa Rica

Anybody have any good strings for sourcing Clinical Research Associates in Costa Rica or just general sourcing in Costa Rica I am coming up empty. Thanks in advance!

Josh-

When I used this first one I came up with 30 - in GOOGLE:

site:www.linkedin.com "clinical research" "costa rica" -intitle:directory -inurl:updates -inurl:jobid -inurl:find -inurl:answers

When I inserted 'associate' I came up w/8 which are probably in the first set of results above but have those actual titles:

site:www.linkedin.com "clinical research associate" "costa rica" -intitle:directory -inurl:updates -inurl:jobid -inurl:find -inurl:answers

Play around with other key words - like ones similar to clinical research, etc-

Because Costa Rica doesn't have a LinkedIn location like many others that includes "Area", it makes a very difficult in an x-ray search to differentiate between people who mention Costa Rica in their profile and those who currently live there. You're probably better off running this search from inside LI, where you can filter by Country and include (CRA OR "Clinical Research" OR "Clinical Research Associate") in the current or past title search. I came up with only 3 results doing this, but 2 were from the same company, i3 Research. I don't know if that's who you're recruiting for but it might be good to include that company in other searches. As Gary suggested other keywords would be helpful too. :)

My guess is you're probably not going to find many resumes indexed through the major search engines for these...but you could try limiting your results in Google to pages from Costa Rica using site:.cr or selecting the region (Costa Rica) from advanced search.
