I am a member of the TalentBar group but didn't try it until now. Seems it also takes advanced Boolean searches. I tried both just basic key words & hit the 'resume' link & it did give me resumes w/some 'noise' also (job orders, etc). Then I tried it with advanced Boolean & seems to have less noise - I'm assuming since it indicates 'Google' powered that same advanced Google syntax can be used? I also tried site: commands & very similiar results to Google site commands-

that's really cool! Irina, can you share more about the construction of the Google CSE you created? I'm curious as to how you've setup the Custom Search and whether you've specifically included certain sites, or excluded job sites, etc.
