Help with a req that has become a unicorn for me!! - Sr. Project Manager, CRM

Good afternoon:

 

I really need some assistance with creating a string for a requistion that I am having a very difficult time finding candidates for.  Here are the skills that I am looking for:

 

 

• CRM 
• large scale project implementation
• Siebel
• located in the Washington, DC area
• Solution delivery

 

Any boolean search string ideas you can provide for me would be greatly appreciated!  I am at my wits end with this req, and there are some truly talented experts who are memebrs here. So, I thought I would ask the experts!!
