Need help creating a "product or production support engineer" google search string please.

Here is the brief -

He/She started out in design and migrated over to production support engineer, he/she has technical knowledge of the design process and therefore knows how to
test, evaluate, recommend components and facets of design to make
production more streamlined and cost effective.

Further clarification -

Responsible for making design changes to existing power
conversion equipment
with minimal-to-moderate supervision.

Thank you so much folks!!!

Hi Gavin,
If you are looking for resumes, try this:

(intitle:"resume for" OR intitle:"resume of" OR intitle:"Curriculum Vitae" OR intitle:"'s resume") Product OR Production AND "Support Engineer" -intitle:example -intitle:examples -intitle:sample -intitle:submit

Try adding keywords like: Design, components, facets - etc

Have a good weekend,
Chrissy
Thanks a lot Chrissy!
Are you having success with these kinds of search strings to firstly find great candidates and then make placements through that find?
Regards,
Gavin

Hi Gavin,
I use many different strings to find candidates. I tend to lean on public profiles first as more people seem to have them these days. Also blogs have moved closer to the top of my list when searching for talent :-)

Have a good day!

Chrissy

Chrissy,

Mind sharing how you find folks on blogs? :)

Mac -

There are 'many' ways to find people on blogs - you can just go to them directly & look for people/articles/authurs, etc- and/or you can xray them using a search engine:

site:wordpress.com/about location skills

site:about.me (~developer | architect | ~engineer) ".net" dallas (tx | texas)

Yesterday in these discussions I posted one on finding people from flavors.me & klout.com - they are also blogs-

There are many others & ways-
