I'm working on several finance/accounting positions out in the Netherlands. LinkedIn has been very useful, I've used Yahoo over Google for internet research because Yahoo's translator works much better for dutch. Also I've found our Monster database will return some resumes from the Netherlands, even though we're only subscribed to the US. (Not many, but they're a good start for leads) A search like 31 AND 06 AND NL - returns 195 resumes, most of which are from the Netherlands. 31 is the international country code and 06 is the area code.

These have required a lot of time and effort, along with trial and error. :)

Kameron - we recently scraped the internet for Dutch nationals and used "fluent near dutch" and/or "nationality near dutch" and/or "passport near dutch/ netherlands/ holland " to good effect as it doesn't just give people living there but also Dutch people working in other countries i.e. contractors who nearly always want to work closer to home.

I'm the Corporate Recruiter for a large commercial construction management firm. We specialize in the contruction of corporate Mission Critical facilities, specifically data centers. I'm searching for a Manager/Director of Pre-Construction Services. The primary area of expertise is referred to as "MEP" - mechanical, electrical, plumbing. We seek a person who possesses an in-depth, technical understanding of electrical engineering and electrical infrastructure within a data center environment, in addition to a general understanding of mechanical and plumbing. The ideal candidate is probably an Electrical Engineer by degree. We operate at the building infrastrucutre level, not the IT network level. This role manages and coordinates all of the "pre-" construction activities - design-development/design-assist, conceptual estimating, cost budgeting, forecasting and modeling, constructability reviews and assement, contract review, scheduling, procurement/purchasing of major electrical infrastructure equipment.
