When sourcing from Twitter, use the word 'following' in your string as every Twitter profile has the word 'following' on it so you will get mostly profiles/bios in your results:
In Google for example, here's a sample string:
site:twitter.com following "java developer" "location * ca" -job -recruiter
Just change the titles/skills to suit what you are searching for!

You can also look them up on LI or on pipl.com or Google them or look them up on many look-up sites-
Thanks Gary! I use LI or pipl on a daily basis for researching candidates (which sometimes feels like I'm stalking them out with all the info available on the web... kinda scary, lol). I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing an easy/obvious way on Twitter since I technology is ever changing!
