Is there a Boolean operator that means "nice to have". Most job descriptions have a list of nice to haves and with a large volume of resumes it would be nice to include a nice to have list of attributes

(Accounting OR Finance) AND (MBA OR CPA OR CFA OR CMA OR CIA) and
nice to have (SAP OR Visio OR Access)

Any suggestion?
Thanks,
Joe

This is a tough one - check out these results and let me know what you think.

intitle:resume (Accounting OR Finance) (MBA OR CPA OR CFA OR CMA OR CIA) (SAP OR Visio OR Access) -intitle:SAP -intitle:Visio -intitle:Access -job -jobs

This query de-emphasizes the "nice to have attributes" by making sure they aren't in the title of the page but that at least one of them should be in the body of the resume.

Also take a look at AutoSearch - http://www.getautosearch.com - it automates quite a bit of the boolean search building for you.

Adam,
Thank your! It looks like it is working and I am getting a demo of autosearch. How long have you been using autosearch?

Joe - Glad it worked! Actually, I am one of the developers/engineers for AutoSearch.
