Hello...I only know the basics of boolean....To start out...will u pls help me understand how to NOT include a word in the results? ex: research + market but I don't want the word "clinical" in the results. THANKS

If you're new to Boolean, this community is a great resource.
Something that helped me with my boolean searches early (and I'm by no means anywhere close to an expert) is using Google's advanced search page: http://www.google.com/advanced_search
The great thing about this is that it will output the correct search term for you after you've filled in all the variables. So in your case, the search term would be:

Hi Laura.. you can use the - symbol before the word you wanted to avoid in the search results.
Research Market -Clinical (no spaces between the minus symbol and the word)
