Cheat Sheet on Strings

Is there a post or cheat sheet on pre-built strings in the group archive or posted on the web?  I used to have an automated tool to build strings one of our members shared this time last year, that laptop is in the shop so I am stuck.

Otherwise I am going to be bugging the heck out of the group to create strings.  Sorry I am drinking from the firehouse right now on assignments and when I have time I will slow down educate myself and not pose on the group for help on strings.  I do have Irina's DVD's but just moved and have not located where they are.
