Knowing it is a BASIC Question however

I know this is a no brainer for many but I am stuck. I can not seem to limit the search on Google or LI for a Oracle DBA w/ ONLY 2 YEARS exp. Using the numberange of 2006..2008 just keeps pulling up every reference to 2006, 2007 , 2008. .

Needing to narrow years of exp- I need Oracle DBA's candidates by Monday -played around on Google and WOW the results pulled up a post "How to Control Years of Experience with a Boolean String" by Glen Cathey!! Amazing and the suggestions worked. Check it out when needing to limit yrs/exp to fit a fixed comp. range
